I returned one thing from my hazelblues.com order and wasn’t sure how long that part would take. I always get a little nervous with refunds because sometimes it just sits there and you don’t really know what’s going on with it.

But it came back to my card quickly, just a few days after they received it. I do wish they’d sent maybe one or two more update emails, since that would’ve made it clearer, but overall it was fine and not really a hassle.

I tend to notice the little patterns with deliveries, and this one had the usual sign of rough handling: the box showed up dented. Everything else seemed fine, but the packaging itself was just okay

I ordered a few things from Hazelblues and they were fine, but the colors weren’t exactly like the photos. One top was more muted and another was darker than I thought it’d be. Not a big issue, just kind of noticeable. Shipping was okay and the quality seemed decent.

I needed to swap sizes and it wasn’t quite as easy as I hoped, lol. The exchange ended up taking longer than expected, but it got sorted eventually

I really wanted to get into Hazel Blues, but it just wasn’t doing it for me. A lot of the clothes felt dated, and some of the styles were a little too busy for what I usually like.

I spent some time clicking around hoping something would catch my eye, but nothing really stood out in a good way. The prints and silhouettes felt random to me, like they didn’t quite come together.

I’m sure there are people who are into that look, and that’s totally fine. For me though, it’s pretty much a hard pass

The prices are good for what you get, so I can’t complain about the value. But the shipping was slower than it should’ve been, and that’s on them. If they’re going to offer decent deals, they need to get their delivery process together too.

They actually had my sizes in stock, which was nice. Checkout was simple and my order went through without anything getting canceled.

I ordered a couple of things from Hazel Blues, the quality was hit or miss. One of the tops was soft and fit really well, so I was happy with that, but the other one felt a lot thinner than I expected. The stitching seemed okay and nothing was falling apart, but it just didn’t look as nice in person as it did in the pictures. For the price, it’s not terrible, but if the quality keeps being this inconsistent, I’ll probably start looking at other shops instead of ordering more here

I do like a few things on Hazelblues, so I was kinda bummed by the support. I emailed about my order and didnt hear back for days. When they finally replied, it felt super rushed and didnt answer much. Not a total disaster or anything, just really frustrating

Tried browsing on my phone and honestly... it was kind of a pain. Pages took forever to load. Then I’d set filters, think I had it narrowed down, and they’d randomly mess up or reset. Just made shopping feel way harder than it needed to be.

The order itself was totally fine, but the delivery took a lot longer than what was originally shown. The tracking barely updated, so I kept checking it and never really knew where things stood. It wasn’t a disaster, but it definitely made me trust the delivery estimates less. I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something by a certain date...

My order showed up faster than I was expecting, which was a nice surprise. The only thing was the tracking info updated kinda late, so I wasn’t totally sure where it was at first. Overall though, I’m happy with the shipping and I’d order again.

I ordered a top and some jeans from hazelblues.com, and the fit was close to what the size chart suggested. The jeans actually fit me right in the waist, which almost never happens for me, so I feel like that’s a win, right?

The only thing is the top was a little looser than I expected, but not enough to return it. I’m still keeping it because it’s comfy and cute, though I’m wondering if maybe that’s just how it’s supposed to fit

I assumed the fabric might soften up once I wore it for a bit, but after just a few minutes it still felt scratchy and uncomfortable. It’s usually a bad sign for me when something bothers my skin that quickly, so I don’t think this one is for me.

I got exactly what I ordered, and everything seemed spot on. The sizes and colors matched what I picked, and nothing was missing. I’m guessing they double-check things before shipping, because it all arrived just how it should. Happy with it overall.

I really liked how it looked when it arrived, and I was excited to use it. Unfortunately, after just one regular wash, the fabric felt a little off and some of the seams started coming loose. I didn’t use high heat or do anything unusual, so I was a bit surprised. For the price, I was hoping it would hold up better. It’s a shame because it looked great at first...

I was happy with how these fit overall! The sizing is consistent with what I expected, so there weren’t really any surprises.
